Girl so the purple waist bead I bought supposed to help with insomnia right? Tell me why I stopped wearing it after I had my baby and I’ve hardly been getting little to none sleep because of her waking me up in the middle of the night.... sooo a couple of days ago I decided to sleep with it under my pillow and have been sleeping good SINCE 🙌🏾🙌🏾 and my baby has been sleeping more throughout the night as well
